Description

The One Medical (OM) PXT team is looking for an exceptional and experience Program Manager to drive our systems integration roadmap within our PXT organization. This role will lead the onboarding of existing employees onto centralized Amazon systems including performance, reporting, benefits, hiring, and investigations (to name a few). They will work with central tech partners to get on their roadmaps, track progress, and deliver multi-year milestones.

This role will work closely with PXT and business leaders in our Clinical Care Delivery and Clinical Operations and Performance organizations for requirements gathering, to drive critical efforts aligned with the Business and Functional priorities of One Medical. In this role you will lead with a collaborative mindset, have the ability to think big, deliver on transformative HR and Business initiatives at a national level, and understand how to structure, organize, and deliver complex and inter-dependent project plans that impact multiple systems and populations. You will influence a variety of leaders, while looking around corners to circumvent risk and plan for the future. You will leverage your leadership skills and share your HR expertise as you gain a deep understanding of Amazon Primary Care services, and Amazon Healthcare Services more broadly.

As a programmatic leader, you will work closely with the OM PXT leadership team, owning, anticipating, executing, and delivering strategic priorities inclusive of a diverse set of transformative programs and projects (both existing and new). To thrive, you will need a flexible skill set, including the ability to connect to the bigger picture, strive in ambiguity while diving deep into the details.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading large-scale programs, strong programmatic and/or product mindset with hands-on builder experience and driving organizational change at an enterprise level.

A day in the life

Lead the development and execution of our technical, systems integration roadmap

Design and implement scalable mechanisms to measure and track the impact of centralized systems integrations

Partner with central teams to gather requirements, write user stories, and identify the necessary customizations for our populations to be onboarded

Work backwards from our annual goals and problem statements, ensuring the roadmap and effort is spent appropriately throughout the year

Own end-to-end solution development lifecycle for assigned initiatives

Collaborate with product and business teams to build and deploy technical solutions

Drive stakeholder alignment across multiple organizations and leadership levels



Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Program Management, Human Resources, Employment Law, Computer Science, Finance, Computer Information Systems, Engineering, Operations Research or a related field

- 5+ years of HR, talent acquisition, management consulting, or project/program management experience



Extended Qualifications

- Experience in making data driven business decisions

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $113,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $187,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
