Description

Global Specialty Recruiting (GSR) is seeking a Program Manager to support our business operations function. Business Operations is the intersection between recruiting functions and our day-to-day operations. We drive long-term strategic planning, operating rhythm, business reviews, and goals to align priorities and resources throughout the org. We implement processes and strategies with clear communication, align business objectives with key performance indicators, and manage change to ensure GSR runs smoothly. We foster cross-functional collaboration, working closely with key stakeholders including PXT leadership, finance, and our peer talent acquisition teams. You'll help us become more operational by implementing continuous improvement best practices and managing projects to make our organization more efficient and effective.

The ideal candidate will have deep experience and working knowledge of business principles.
