Key job responsibilities

An effective QC Launch Manager is committed to driving operational excellence by focusing on five strategic areas: (1) Launch Readiness, (2) Stakeholder Management, (3) Operational Validation, (4) Process Implementation, and (5) Site Excellence. By concentrating on these areas, the Launch Manager will contribute to the successful scaling of our quick commerce network through:

• Executing comprehensive launch playbooks and readiness plans, coordinating with multiple stakeholder teams across Operations, Technology, HR, and Training departments to ensure Day 1 success.

• Leading site readiness assessments and validation protocols, identifying operational gaps and implementing solutions through cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decision making.

• Managing multiple concurrent site launches, effectively tracking progress against critical milestones and communicating operational readiness to leadership through clear, actionable metrics.

• Partnering with operations teams to optimize launch procedures and training protocols while ensuring comprehensive testing and validation of all operational systems prior to launch.

A day in the life

As a QC Launch Manager, your day revolves around ensuring operational readiness across multiple new site launches. You begin by reviewing site readiness dashboards and addressing any critical operational blockers. Throughout the day, you'll lead virtual meetings with various stakeholders, including Operations teams for equipment and inventory validation, Training teams for staff readiness updates, and Technology teams for systems testing milestones. You'll analyze launch metrics to identify potential risks, make key decisions to resolve operational challenges, and coordinate cross-functional solutions. Time is spent conducting virtual or on-site readiness walks, ensuring launch documentation is complete, and developing standardized processes to improve future launches. When on-site for launches, you'll perform hands-on operational validation, support site leadership teams through Day 1 operations, and ensure all launch protocols are properly executed.
