In this role, you will own end-to-end project management for Quick Commerce (QC) new launch sites. The Program Manager will own a regional portfolio of projects and drive comprehensive reporting on expansion initiatives, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders from initial site selection through permitting, construction, and ultimately launch. You'll manage critical milestones, assess risks, and standardize documentation processes across our rapid delivery network, while managing high-impact special projects, from operational deep-dives to executive-level analytics. Your influence will extend across our entire quick commerce ecosystem, shaping how we scale and optimize our operations.The successful candidate will combine strong analytical capabilities with quick commerce operational knowledge, demonstrating experience in fast-paced project environments and a track record of leveraging data to optimize last-mile delivery performance. An effective QC Expansions Program Manager is committed to driving organizational excellence by focusing on five strategic areas: (1) Project Lifecycle Management, (2) Stakeholder Collaboration, (3) Risk Mitigation & Compliance, (4) Process Optimization, and (5) Strategic Growth. By concentrating on these areas, the Program Manager will contribute to the ongoing success of our quick commerce expansion through:
• Developing and managing comprehensive project timelines from site selection to launch, coordinating with multiple stakeholder teams across Real Estate, Operations, Technology, and Legal departments.
• Identifying and resolving complex challenges that pose risks to project delivery, leveraging data-driven analysis and SME collaboration to ensure successful implementation of expansion initiatives.
• Driving standardization of launch processes and documentation across the network while conducting regular benchmarking to identify and implement operational improvements.
• Managing a diverse portfolio of expansion projects simultaneously, effectively communicating progress and risks to senior leadership through clear, actionable insights.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize site selection criteria and expansion strategy while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
A day in the life
As a QC Expansions Program Manager, your day revolves around orchestrating multiple new site projects from inception to handover. You begin by reviewing project dashboards and addressing any critical issues. Throughout the day, you'll lead virtual meetings with various stakeholders, including Real Estate for site selection updates, Design Engineering for progress on layouts, and Pre-Construction teams for permitting milestones. You'll analyze project data to identify potential risks, make key decisions to unblock project barriers, and drive resolution of launch risks. Time is spent preparing executive summaries, ensuring project documentation is current, and developing standardized processes to improve future launches. Your role is to keep all moving parts aligned, driving projects forward efficiently.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
Extended Qualifications
- 4+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience- 4+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
