Description

We are a fast growing team that assists internal Amazon teams in their hardware development efforts. Our customer needs are diverse. They vary from niche products being developed for Amazon’s global fulfillment environment to, supporting innovation within our AWS teams. We are seeking a Customer Success Program Manager with demonstrated experience in shepherding development and deployment of industrial products across various stages of maturity. You will be the primary owner of relationships with our internal customer with complex requirements. You are a force multiplier. To successfully deliver on projects, you will work directly with customers, their stakeholders, engineering teams and vendors. An ideal candidate is a continuous learner, intently understanding new technical environment, customer needs and challenges. You thrive in fast paced, dynamic environments and can drive an execution plan in the midst of changing priorities.

Export Control Requirement:

Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.

Key job responsibilities

As the Customer Success Program Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Customer engagement and development

- Manufacturing project intake and evaluation

- Coordinating communications with AMS stakeholders and customer engineering or supply chain teams.

- Coordinating with Planning on resources and timelines.

- KPI metrics on customer satisfaction, repeat customers, and net new customers onboarded to our service.

- Process owner in our quality management system for customer and order intake processes.



Qualifications

- 3+ years of program or project management experience

- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience

- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL

- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams



Extended Qualifications

- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization

- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

- Working knowledge of manufacturing processes in order to capture customer needs is desired.

- Consistently delivered on projects involving cross-functional teams spanning multiple organizations. You are effective in communicating key tradeoffs to stakeholders in order to drive rapid decisions.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ideal candidate can research multiple disconnected sources of data and develop succinct reports and presentations to inform senior leadership in their decision making.

- You are methodical at creating and maintaining documentation.

- Capable of independently prioritizing tasks, driving timely decisions and clearing blockers.

- Ideal candidate can precisely identify opportunities to streamline or eliminate excess process.

- Expertise on Microsoft office suite. - Working knowledge of sales and productivity tools like Asana, AirTable.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
