Description

The Scale and Mechanism team within AWS's Data & AI Partner GTM organization is seeking a Program Manager to drive the analysis, tracking, and acceleration of our strategic partner programs and mechanisms. This role is central to ensuring the effectiveness of our scalable partner initiatives, including the Generative AI Competency and funding programs, by maintaining rigorous measurement of both leading and lagging indicators of success.

You will be part of the team responsible for transforming high-touch partner motions into scalable mechanisms. This requires strong analytical skills combined with excellent communication abilities, as you'll interact with senior stakeholders across the organization. You'll need to effectively represent complex data insights while maintaining strong executive presence.

Key job responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the measurement and reporting framework for Data & AI partner programs and mechanisms, including detailed tracking of input and output metrics

• Conduct deep data analysis to identify trends, understand performance drivers, and establish relationships between leading and lagging indicators

• Build and maintain executive-level reporting on program health and impact

• Identify and track key blockers and dependencies, driving resolution through appropriate channels

• Support continuous improvement of our mechanisms through data-driven insights

• Leverage advanced analytics tools, including AI/ML, to automate and enhance our reporting capabilities

Qualifications

- 5+ years of program or project management experience

- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)

- Experience in complex problem solving, and working in a tight schedule environment



Extended Qualifications

- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience

- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
