This Product Manager role on Customer Experience & Business Trends could be what you’re looking for.The Organizational Excellence (OE) team within CXBT is seeking a Program Manager to drive initiatives focused on our organizational hiring practices and reporting. In this role, you will partner closely with CXBT leadership, employees, and our Talent Acquisition partners to learn about the current state and identify areas of opportunity to accelerate or mitigate. You will set and manage a roadmap of initiatives, driving end-to-end management of tools and processes that aim to improve both hiring efficiency and employee experience. Your goal is to become an expert on the org's global hiring needs (both technical and non-technical) and form a deep partnership with multiple Talent Acquisition partners - becoming their primary point of contact for CXBT.
The mission of the OE team within CXBT is to create self-sustaining business-critical processes for the ongoing management and operation of CXBT. To do this, the OE team (1) manages various org-wide initiatives (e.g., goal setting, operational planning, headcount management), (2) drives continuous improvement to those processes through automation/tooling, and (3) drives improvements to CXBT’s general operations through standardization and developing new mechanisms. We are a small but mighty team of people passionate about driving outcomes for our org!
Successful candidates will have experience initiating, driving and delivering multiple projects, possess data and situational analysis skills, can exercise high judgement in ambiguous spaces, and earn trust with their customers. They can look ahead to anticipate needs, and set a vision to meet those needs, gaining necessary buy-in from senior leaders. They are also highly motivated to bias for action, work autonomously, and are willing to jump in where needed. The ideal candidate should not only be passionate about delivering high-quality results, but obsessed with providing meaningful recommendations and driving continuous improvement.
Key job responsibilities
- Set and manage CXBT’s internal strategy for our hiring practices and reporting.
- Own the end-to-end program management of initiatives that improve our hiring practices, both form and efficiency and hiring management experience perspective.
- Own monthly and quarterly reporting of current headcount and hiring plans for use in org-wide business reviews.
- Develop and own org-wide standard operating procedures and templates for hiring practices.
- Build strong relationships with CXBT leadership, employees, and Talent Acquisition partners.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis and deep dives on hiring data to drive critical business decisions and identify areas of opportunity.
- Be active in identifying risks/opportunities and challenging the status quo.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of program or project management experience- Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or a related field
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
Extended Qualifications
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience- Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
- Experience in a Talent Acquisition related role.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
