The Selling Partner Trust & Compliance (SPTC) team strives to ensure that sellers feel confident in growing their business with Amazon. We do this by reducing unnecessary or excessive disruptions to sellers’ businesses and improving transparency into our actions. Within SPTC, the Communications team works to ensure selling partners understand and engage with Amazon's efforts to create a trusted shopping experience and protect customers, brands, selling partners and Amazon from fraud, counterfeit, and abuse.We are looking for a Sr. Program Manager leader with exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills. This role requires close coordination with policy, operations, tech, and leadership teams to deep dive gaps across both process and tech, and to scope their impact on various projects and programs. We're looking for a detail-oriented, customer-obsessed individual to uphold and improve our global content management review processes. These processes exist to ensure compliance communications delivered to Amazon's selling partners are engaging, accurate, and actionable.
The ideal candidate will be able to effectively Earn Trust, gain stakeholder buy-in and drive change, identify opportunities to continuously improve program efficiency through operational optimizations and automation, and ensure compliance with escalation procedures and SLAs. This is a high-ownership position. Depending on the project, financial or other impact goals will be set forth. It is the program manager's responsibility to ensure they drive the program towards achieving those goals.
Key job responsibilities
• Manage global content review processes ensuring seller communications are effective and compliant
• Coordinate with policy, operations, and tech teams to identify and resolve process and quality gaps
• Lead large-scale, high-impact projects to improve seller communications and streamline processes
• Develop and track program metrics to measure success and drive continuous improvement
• Analyze and present insights to senior leadership
• Serve as subject matter expert for seller enforcement actions and policy implementations. Surface topics for debate to leadership
A day in the life
In this role, you will begin your day analyzing critical seller performance metrics and marketplace data to identify opportunities for improvement. You'll collaborate closely with product and policy teams, leveraging your analytical insights to influence strategic decisions that enhance our selling partners' experience. Throughout the day, you'll craft compelling, data-driven narratives and documentation to build stakeholder trust and drive policy improvements. Your success will be measured by your ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations while maintaining strong partnerships across teams to protect and optimize our sellers' journey.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of program or project management experience- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Bachelor's degree
Extended Qualifications
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
