You will join a global dynamic team focused on driving growth and reducing supply defects for high value FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon) selection. You will own implementing end-to-end supply chain solutions for high value items including but not limited to Go-To-Market for new sellers / selection, inbound operations, storage placement, fulfilment, customer returns, removal of selection, and reimbursements. You will support sales team in refining our go-to-market strategy and bring the feedback from the sellers to FBA org. You will identify process improvement opportunities and work with technology and product teams to build the solutions. You will partner with WW Support Operations in managing the execution. You will monitor adoption of the tools, detect Gen AI and Automation opportunities to drive seller efficiency and Amazon efficiencies that enable meeting your program goals. You will work cross functionally with product, finance, engineering, and analytics stakeholders, and develop scalable mechanisms. You will own stakeholder management in the complex and ambiguous space partnering with WW FBA to execute solutions. You will own rhythm of the business with mechanisms such as WBR (Weekly Business Review), MBR (Monthly Business Review, QBR (Quarterly Business Review), and adhoc insight generation across global team (Europe, North America, and Asia).
About the team
The Defect Prevention and Reconciliation (DP&R) organization builds innovative technical products that recognize, reconcile, and prevent exceptions within Amazon’s fulfillment supply chain. We are building a future where we capture, analyze, and explain every inventory defect across all stages of the supply chain (i.e. inbound, distribution, storage, fulfillment, returns). The Support Operations Tools and Automation team, within DP&R, owns the system technology, and tools used by the DP&R Support Operations to onboard, investigate and audit WW Seller and Vendor contacts to Amazon.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of program or project management experience- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
Extended Qualifications
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
