Description
Amazon is seeking a Billing & Payments Program Manager in our Amazon Shipping team. The candidate will manage billing and payment service operations for our US Amazon Shipping business.As we continue to innovate and scale our shipping network globally, we need passionate individuals who can handle billing operations with precision and drive process improvements. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of logistics and finance, directly impacting one of the world's largest shipping networks.
The successful candidate will be part of a fast-paced team responsible for managing substantial billing volumes and payment management. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial operations while identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.

Key job responsibilities
- Manage timely payments from Customers/Shippers
- Analyze billing discrepancies and resolve payment issues
- Develop and improve billing processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Partner with FinOps, Product and commercial teams to ensure billing compliance and seamless experience for our customers
Qualifications
- 3+ years of program or project management experience- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Experience in accounts payable or related Finance Operations

The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
