Description
This role is located at our Seattle office.Are you motivated to improve the way Amazon manages the selection of products for its millions of everyday essentials packages in the Subscribe & Save (SnS) program? Are you looking for a high-impact role? SnS is the world's largest physical subscription program with hundreds of millions of subscriptions worldwide. We are seeking a Sr. Program Manager who is passionate about driving excellence in SnS' selection management systems across 14 marketplaces.
In this role, the Sr. Program Manager will be responsible for owning the selection management roadmap and systems for the SnS program. This includes overseeing the eligibility and configuration of offers enrolled in SnS, as well as collaborating with engineering, science, and business partner teams. SnS and Amazon-wide initiatives require the SnS selection management systems to adapt to a changing Amazon landscape. This individual will be responsible for partnering with Product Managers and Sr. SDEs to contribute to the selection management strategy and vision. They will contribute to the implementation of new selection management features and capabilities, leveraging data processing and machine learning technologies to drive the right actions across multiple SnS systems and partner team systems. This Sr. Program Manager will own projects that will directly contribute to VP level goals in 2025.
This role provides the opportunity to manage an existing high-impact selection management function while also delivering long-term strategic improvements to the SnS program. The successful candidate will be a strong program manager with a track record of delivering operational excellence through data-driven decision making, process improvement, and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. They should have the ability to both think strategically about the selection management function and dive into the details to execute a customer-obsessed strategy.

SnS is made up of passionate product managers, program managers, BIEs, UX designers, marketing managers, and engineers working together to build a world-class auto-delivery program for tens of millions of customers across the globe.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of program or project management experience- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
Extended Qualifications
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
