Description

As a Program Manager for our Customer Success Specialists team within AWS Specialists & Partners (ASP) org, you will define, establish, and facilitate implementation of strategic business programs that drive customer adoption and customer success, partner enablement, and revenue growth across our entire solution portfolio. Working closely with our field teams, go-to-market teams, partners, and key stakeholders, you will orchestrate high-impact programs that accelerate customer adoption, enhance partner relationships, and create new business opportunities. You will collaborate with field sales, marketing, engineering, partners, sales operations, and finance to deliver comprehensive programs that drive business outcomes. The ideal candidate combines excellent communication and organizational skills with strong data analysis capabilities to develop and execute effective tools and programs that support both customers and partners.

Key job responsibilities

* Design and implement scalable business programs that drive customer success, and enable partners to deliver on customer success

* Develop and execute strategic initiatives to accelerate product adoption and revenue growth across our solution portfolio

* Build and maintain strong relationships with sales teams, partners, and cross-functional stakeholders

* Create and implement metrics-driven approaches to measure program success and impact

* Drive process improvements and program optimization based on data analysis and stakeholder feedback

Your main duties will focus on defining, establishing, and facilitating implementation of business programs (both internal and external) for ASP and WWSO Customer Success. Successful candidates will be natural self-starters who have experience in Project or Program management, process improvement, and/or business development. Ideal candidates will also be comfortable and enjoy working through ambiguity and be able to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment. You will work to define and implement programs and events to help our sales/GTM teams, valued partners, key stakeholders, and most importantly our customers to achieve goals, deliver results, and continually innovate with our services.

A day in the life

* Engage closely with the Director of Customer Success and other key stakeholders to define and shape programs focused on customer success

* Lead regular business reviews with senior management, providing insights on program performance and strategic recommendations

* Develop and maintain program documentation, training materials, and internal resources

* Manage multiple concurrent programs while balancing competing priorities and stakeholder needs

* Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure program alignment and successful execution

* Design and implement scalable processes for program launch, execution, and measurement

* Facilitate partner enablement sessions and sales team training programs

Qualifications

- 5+ years of program or project management experience

- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership



Extended Qualifications

- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience

- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
