Description

The AWS Marketing Customer Experience team is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Program Manager to support the execution of our Integrated Marketing Program. In this role, you will assist in developing and implementing multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth for some of our company's most strategic messages. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product marketing, digital marketing, content, sales, brand and design to ensure a cohesive and effective marketing strategy. You will operate within a fast-paced environment and project manage across senior leadership within the AWS Marketing organization.

Key job responsibilities

• Create and track project milestones, risks and dependencies.

• Communicate ideas effectively, verbally and in writing, to a wide range of audiences including Directors and VPs.

• Assist in the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including web, email, social media, paid advertising, events, and content marketing.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather campaign requirements and ensure timely delivery.

• Participate in the tracking and reporting of campaign performance metrics.

• Contribute to the improvement of campaign processes and workflows for increased efficiency.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in integrated marketing.

Qualifications

- 3+ years of program or project management experience

- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience

- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL

- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams



Extended Qualifications

- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience

- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience

- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization

- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
