Description
Amazon Global is pioneering cross-border e-Commerce by becoming a one-stop shop for Amazon Customers Worldwide and providing a seamless experience to shop international selection. Selection is a key input driver for this business and we are looking for a dynamic, organized and self-starting candidate to join as the Sr. Program Manager to take on a critical role in driving one of Amazon’s fastest growing businesses.In this role, the candidate will be expected to manage and drive innovative international business solutions , working backwards from the customer. This person will also be responsible to lead current Amazon Exports selection initiatives, along with the technological innovations and products by partnering with teams across Amazon globally. The ideal candidate should have demonstrated abilities working with cross functional teams, excellent business judgment, past experience working/developing products closely collaborating with technology and business teams, deep curiosity about how things work, and a passion for creating a world class shopping experience for our customers. You will work with business teams of all sizes and must have the leadership presence and communication skills to represent Amazon Global at all levels.
In this role, your key responsibilities will be:
Lead and manage Cross Border selection initiatives end to end by building scalable strategy and processes.
Work across Global Expansion teams, including Business, Technology, Operations and Support teams to develop a selection enablement strategy.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of program or project management experience- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
Extended Qualifications
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
