We are looking for an experienced, customer-obsessed Senior Program Manager to join the Prime Air team. In this highly visible, cross-functional role, you will be responsible for overseeing and stitching together the detailed integrated schedule across all of the technical and non-technical teams at Prime Air, including Drone Hardware, Drone Software, Airspace Management, Regulatory, Supply, Operations and Flight Sciences.
You will leverage your ability to influence without authority to drive alignment and accountability across these diverse teams. As a strong advocate for the teams, you will work to develop and grow strategic internal relationships, as well as create and streamline processes to drive schedule excellence, centralization, and stakeholder adoption of program mechanisms.

This will include facilitating weekly, monthly, and quarterly program reviews with key stakeholders to assess and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and capture opportunities.
This role is a great fit for a flexible, ambitious professional with strong business and technical acumen. You will need to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment, seamlessly manage competing priorities, and possess exceptional communication and problem-solving skills. This highly visible, cross-functional role will require you to not only successfully develop and drive programs across teams, but also be willing to roll up your sleeves, dive into the weeds to get the job done, focusing on the data and details to ensure the right inputs are top of mind for our customers and stakeholders.
