We own Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) within AOM, which represents the comprehensive financial lifecycle that manages patient accounts from their initial healthcare service request/appointment booking through to the final payment settlement. This process is fundamental to AOM's financial stability and operational efficiency, allowing us to focus primarily on delivering quality patient care.

This person is a key driver in making sure that the revenue cycle process with our HSPs and other external partners runs smoothly, informing internal teams and keeping other managers abreast of any updates, changes, and developments.

Key job responsibilities

*Be a financial healthcare subject matter expert and develop a strong understanding of the mechanics of Amazon One Medical’s partnerships: including health systems health plans, enterprise clients, new launches

*Organize meetings both internally and externally with our HSPs; ensure all information is up to date in our tracking system

*Approve new launches (system and client partnerships) with the appropriate RCM requirements

*Track HSP-defined KPIs through analysis of complex data sets and work with team leaders to ensure that AOM is meeting agreed-upon SLAs

*Coordinate with key functional areas (operations, product development, marketing, legal etc) to ensure project plans are on track
