Position Responsibilities:
Provide program support for enterprises and our developer community by supporting and engaging developers for Alexa Skills and Alexa Smart Properties. Be the voice of our developers and have a direct and daily impact on the developer experience. Work with large scale operations globally, possess a deep understanding of risks associated with launching new products, work with multiple external and internal partners, and manage complex projects from concept to delivery including working with technology. Work with critical customer impacting programs. Prepare operations for new feature, device or country launches in a global set up by building robust frameworks and long term mechanisms.
Position Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field and five years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Must have three years of experience in the following skill(s): 1) experience in program or project management; 2) experience using data and metrics to drive improvements; and 3) experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams. Partial telecommuting permitted; employees will be required to report to office multiple days per week. 10% or more domestic and international travel is required for business purposes for this role.
