As a Program Manager II, you'll lead strategic initiatives that enable customers in over 190 countries to receive their packages efficiently and reliably. This role combines analytical expertise with strategic thinking to drive improvements in our international logistics network.

Key job responsibilities

- Design and execute cross-functional programs that enhance our global shipping capabilities, working with both technical and business teams

- Lead process improvements and innovation initiatives by analyzing data, identifying opportunities, and implementing solutions

- Develop and maintain relationships with carriers and third-party partners to optimize performance and drive customer satisfaction

- Create and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track program success and communicate progress to senior leadership

- Manage project budgets and resources while ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field

- 3+ years of program or project management experience

- 2+ years of supply chain experience

- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL

- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams



Extended Qualifications

- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience

- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience

- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization

- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
