The Supply Technology (SupplyTech) team builds and operates extensible services that empower 1P publishers to improve both their monetization and customer experience. SupplyTech seeks a seasoned contributor to join the team as a Sr. Program Manager to own our Go-To-Market (GTM) program and provide business operations support. In this role, you are responsible for the definition and delivery of important programs aimed at optimizing the supply-side customer experience. You will identify and launch program tenets and success metrics, simplify current workflows, and templatize efforts to reduce ambiguity for internal stakeholders. A key area of focus is GTM, where you will be accountable for the mechanisms and processes that provide a foundation for successful launch and adoption of customer-facing SupplyTech products, features, and capabilities at scale. In this highly cross-functional role, you will lead and influence across product and business teams to meet your program goals.

Key job responsibilities

• Designing scaled processes by gathering requirements, identifying resources needed, and defining milestones and launch schedules to ensure timely and successful delivery of the projects.

• Driving accountability from stakeholders for progress on key program actions through active engagement and escalation.

• Partner with cross-functional leads across the Amazon Ads organization to ensure execution of GTM strategies, including tactical guidance and support.

• Driving and facilitating complex projects focusing on results and metric measurement.

• Assisting with the definition and design of tools, standard operating procedures, and processes.

• Identifying and mitigating risks and removing roadblocks within projects.

A day in the life

The SupplyTech GTM Program is accountable for the production and distribution of standardized user-facing launch materials that enable our customers to efficiently launch new features successfully. The primary customers are publisher monetization teams who are seeking creative experiences that enhance both performance and consumer retention. This role owns all SupplyTech GTM infrastructure including but not limited to the following: the SupplyTech Roadmap, the SupplyTech GTM Playbook, the SupplyTech Support Center and organizing GTM training.



Qualifications

- 5+ years of program or project management experience

- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership



Extended Qualifications

- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience

- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

- Experience in digital advertising and understanding of related ad specifications, file formats and technologies

- Experience prioritizing and delivering projects on time in a fast-moving environment

- Experience working and communicating with multiple stakeholders and cross functional teams

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
