And that breadth and connection to the Amazon family of brands, along with the support of a passionate and diverse global team, makes Prime Video a company where creators and makers of all kinds can build their future.Within our Prime Video Global Operations team, we're looking for a results-driven Program Lead to oversee global expansion initiatives focused on driving marketing efficiency and effectiveness. This new role would lead a new strategic program aimed at optimizing marketing spend efficiency across global Marketing teams. In this role, you will be the single-threaded owner responsible for driving cohesive improvements across Marketing teams for Studios, Sports, PV Brand, Marketing Localization, and International, covering hundreds of millions in annual spend. You will partner closely with Marketing, Finance, Analytics, and Operations stakeholders to set the strategy for in-house creative and automation initiatives, drive global standards for financial reporting mechanisms, optimize global operating expense (OPEX) initiatives, and build a framework for sustainable cost efficiency while maintaining PV's high creative standards.
This individual has proficiency in employing marketing operations insights, strong business operations fundamentals, analytical rigor, good judgment, and exceptional stakeholder management. This individual will also develop an intake prioritization capability and strategy for in-house creative work prioritization while developing programs that enable the measurement of vendor performance, in-house team productivity, and continuous improvement in asset development efficiency. In this role, you will be responsible for using operational, financial, and marketing performance data and leveraging tools and expertise to map enterprise-wide efficiency strategies into actionable delivery plans. You will influence data-driven business decisions that result in quantifiable outcomes, understanding complex cross-functional relationships, and developing a correlation between your work and PV's marketing asset development spend, operational efficiency, and creative quality standards.
The ideal candidate has proven experience leading complex, cross-functional programs, strong analytical capabilities, and excellent stakeholder management skills. You will bring expertise in program management, financial analysis, operational excellence, and change management. Key job responsibilities
- Lead the global implementation of a unified approach to marketing asset development optimization, establishing program governance, tracking mechanisms, goal planning, and improved financial performance reporting
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to drive alignment and execution
- Build an intake mechanism to evaluate and prioritize in-house creative requests that support organizational strategic priorities
- Create and manage program artifacts including project plans, status reports, and executive updates
- Partner with Finance and Analytics leads to establish standardized reporting frameworks and KPIs for spend to produce marketing materials
- Drive the development of guidelines for optimal usage of in-house vs. agency creative resources
- Coordinate with Global Corporate Procurement to optimize vendor relationships and rate structures
- Implement a mechanism to centrally manage critical global OPEX spend categories
- Develop and implement a framework for measuring marketing asset-level performance
- Build and maintain a 3-year roadmap for spend and process optimization initiatives
- Establish and track program metrics to demonstrate impact on efficiency and cost savings
- Manage program risks and dependencies, developing mitigation strategies as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in business, engineering, economics, or related field- 5+ yrs of experience in program or project management roles
- 7+ yrs of experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Experience working with financial data and metrics to drive business decisions
- Experience developing and implementing process improvement initiatives
- Experience creating analytical frameworks to make investment and hiring decisions
- Experience working in matrixed organizations, managing cross-functional stakeholders and influencing without direct authority
Extended Qualifications
- Advanced degree (MBA) in business, finance, or related field- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
- 10+ yrs of experience in program or project management roles
- Experience with vendor management and procurement processes
- Background in accounting or financial reporting
- Track record of delivering measurable operational efficiency improvements
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools
- Experience managing change initiatives across multiple stakeholder groups
- Experience engaging with and influencing senior executives
- Prior experience in media & entertainment, marketing operations, or creative production

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $93,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $199,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
