North America Stores (NAS) Amazon Customer Excellence System (ACES) is a centralized efficiency team that works on behalf of NAS Category teams to increase employee efficiency, improve Selling Partner (SP) experience, and activate SP growth. At NAS ACES, we are shaping the future of work through intelligent automation and human-AI collaboration. Our mission is to enable Amazon Retail employees to do more with less effort by harnessing the power of Agentic AI. We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our team and lead the development of agentic AI workflows for NAS Retail teams.

As the Sr. product manager for NAS ACES, you will be responsible for identifying Retail user pain points where agents can deliver value, define and articulate the product vision, and build a roadmap for scalable agentic AI capabilities. An ideal candidate should be adept at synthesizing data and anecdotal feedback to get stakeholders aligned and designing product features to address the identified opportunities.

Key job responsibilities

Define product vision and prioritize feature development based on technical feasibility, customer impact, and business value.

Work with UX and engineering teams to ensure reliable execution of workflows in production.

Act as the voice of the customer, balancing user needs with technical innovation.

Define KPIs and success metrics for agentic workflows

Continuously collect and analyze usage data, user feedback, and performance signals to improve product outcomes.



Qualifications

- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent

- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

- Experience with end to end product delivery

- Experience as a product manager or owner

- Experience owning technology products



Extended Qualifications

- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights

- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
