WWR&R includes business, product, program, operational, data, and software engineering teams, who together manage the lifecycle of returned and damaged products.As Senior Product Manager of Recommerce Routing, you will own the world-wide product roadmap for our Recommerce Routing system, ensuring that hundreds of millions of returned products go through the optimal secondary market channels, balancing both customer safety and supply chain economics. You will design and optimize our algorithms as we expand to more channels to promote the circular economy and reduce inventory waste. You will work with technical, program, vendor management and legal teams across the globe to implement the routing strategy.
Key job responsibilities
-Create and manage worldwide Recommerce Routing product roadmap
-Work with dedicated engineering team to define and implement product requirements
-Design routing algorithms to maximize recovery and support channel expansion
-Partner with Legal and Business teams to meet standards for customer safety and compliance
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience as a product manager or owner
- Experience owning technology products
- Intermediate SQL experience
Extended Qualifications
- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
