AWS Elemental is the world-leader in video processing products. We are looking for an experienced Product Management professional to define the future vision of our new genAI product offerings. You will be at the forefront of delivering customer applications and content securely anywhere in the world.We are looking for a PMT-ES who is passionate about solving customers’ problems such as innovating how media customers can leverage genAI in their video workflow to increase their monetization opportunities, optimize operations, and improve video quality. This PMT-ES has demonstrated success in turning ambiguous customer needs into successful products. Candidates will be comfortable working closely with and across agile teams. This is a high visibility, high impact role that will interact with all levels of AWS leadership. The right person is naturally customer centric and thrives in a fast-paced environment that requires strong technical and business judgment, video background, and solid communication and writing skills. Key job responsibilities
Partnering with AI model vendors and helping evaluate appropriate models for features.
Building roadmap for future genAI based features for media workflows.
Research and analysis on AI trends and its impact on the media industry.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical product management with internet business experience- 5+ years of working as a Technical Product Manager experience
- 3+ years of technical (software development, network development, IT, other related) experience
- Experience in taking a product from conception & definition phase through engineering design and taking it to market
- Experience delivering large-scale SaaS, PaaS or LaaS products where you are responsible for the full product lifecycle, from concept through GTM (go to market)
- 5+ years of working as a Product Manager on video
Extended Qualifications
- Knowledge of engineering practices and patterns for the full software/hardware/networks development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, certification, and livesite operations- Experience working within teams delivering software products and features using agile methodologies
- Experience working cross teams, internal and external, and building out partnerships.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $137,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $236,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
