Position Responsibilities:

Within the on-demand manufacturing and 3D data capture, processing, and automation spaces, research and define product and business requirements, write detailed functional specifications, and coordinate efforts to scope, schedule, and deploy new feature sets, innovations and opportunities based on specific market segments and targeted customers. Expand and enhance technical offerings and analyze cost/benefit of product selection. Diligence, select, and maintain third-party software/hardware systems to accelerate the product roadmap. Build and manage a coalition of key customers and collect their voice of customer to inform new product features while working with finance leaders to prioritize the feature development into the product roadmap. Develop and interpret information to make high-judgment recommendations to leadership with decision making, policy formulation, and related managerial functions.

Position Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field and one year of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Employer will accept three years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation as equivalent to the Bachelor's degree and one year of experience. Must have one year of experience in the following skill(s): (1) owning and driving end-to-end product requirements across multiple teams; (2) prioritizing complex deliverables while understanding technical concepts, managing trade-offs, and leading meetings with technical and business leaders; (3) utilizing data to manage metrics, drive process improvements and implement business cases, and (4) working with software product management in consumer-facing products. Partial telecommuting permitted; employees will be required to report to office multiple days per week. Some positions may require domestic or international travel. Please note that up to 20% domestic and international travel is required for business purposes for this role.
