Description
New Seller Recruitment Marketing is looking for an experienced Sr. Product Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will grow awareness and adoption of strategic recruitment initiatives that accelerate brand discoverability and growth in our stores. This role manages the full marketing execution across strategic recruitment programs, including developing go-to-market and program adoption strategies, partnering with product and business teams to shape features that improve brand CX, and managing marketing campaigns to increase brand participation. You will own team KPIs for campaign engagement, developing strategies to drive results over both the short and long term. This includes managing content development and delivery, monitoring program adoption and service delivery across our brand base, and managing shared goals with partner teams to drive campaign creation and success at scale.An ideal candidate is someone who is obsessed with improving our new seller experience and driving seller success in their first year on Amazon. You have a passion for testing to develop an impactful program — from creating the testing plan, to communicating results upward, to using data to inform future business decisions. You are highly organized, enjoy diving deep into brand and customer behavior, and have the creativity to challenge our status quo with fresh approaches to brand engagement and program design.
Key job responsibilities
- Develop marketing strategy end to end - from curation to design and execution - and drive innovations within existing processes.
- Lead the development of fully integrated campaigns, leading and driving collaboration with a sizable team of cross-functional partners, inclusive of business, onsite, project management, paid media, creative, PR, and beyond.
- Manage content development and delivery.
- Analyze results of testing, communicate learnings upward and across partner teams, and use the data to drive future tests.
- Partner with technical and business teams to drive system improvements and automation within self-service seller solutions.
- Own multiple team KPIs for campaign engagement, developing strategy to drive results over short and long-term.
- Manage shared goals with partner teams to drive campaign creation and success at scale.
- Manage the full lifecycle of product marketing initiatives including defining the strategy and measurement.

Qualifications
- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience developing detailed go to market plans
Extended Qualifications
- Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis- Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
