Description

The North American Stores (NAS) Marketing & Creative team's mission is to delight customers by helping them discover and engage with new, trending, and highly relevant products across Amazon's store. We do this by blending technology, data-driven insights, marketing strategy, and creativity to build innovative customer experiences.

We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead the integration of our priority strategic programs. In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for orchestrating end-to-end event experiences around key gifting moments like Valentine's Day and Mother's Day, as well as seasonally-relevant campaigns such as Halloween and the Big Spring Sale. This involves strategic integration across marketing channels including mass advertising, to social media and beyond, to deliver a best-in-class, omnichannel experience for our customers.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be a self-starter with strong strategic and analytical capabilities. You should thrive at collaborating cross-functionally with teams across Amazon to align on goals, coordinate execution, and problem-solve challenges. Most importantly, you must be deeply customer-obsessed, always seeking to understand their needs to inform your marketing approach.

Key job responsibilities

- Oversee synergies across event workstreams (Seasonal Events and Holiday), collaborating closely with event owners and key experience stakeholders to drive execution efficiencies

-Leverage data and customer insights to inform campaign strategy and measure performance

- Own the strategic integration of priority programs within tentpole moments across our marketing calendar

- Effectively partner with internal stakeholders in cross-Amazon Marketing, Advertising, PR and Creative teams on messaging prioritization for North American Stores and support strategic inputs for partner campaign execution

- Establish and track financial goals for strategic program inclusion across seasonal and gifting events

- Work effectively in a matrixed organization, developing win-win partnerships with cross-functional teams

- Conduct analysis on campaign performance and partner with stakeholders to make necessary adjustments

- Strive for operational excellence and continuously seek to improve processes in partnership with cross-Amazon teams



Qualifications

- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs

- Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches

- Bachelor's degree



Extended Qualifications

- Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis

- Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $128,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
