Description

Amazon Fashion & Fitness is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to spearhead the Fashion and Fitness strategy and execution for the industry's most high-stakes shopping events, including Prime Day, Holiday, and other peak retail moments. This role is at the heart of ensuring Amazon captures and converts high-intent shoppers when competition is fiercest, driving revenue impact through precise optimization and real-time strategic adjustments.

Additionally, this Product Marketing Manager will manage the Fashion and Fitness Paid Search offsite channel and will craft and execute agile strategies that ensure fashion and fitness products win search visibility at the most critical times. They will harness real-time bidding, algorithmic optimizations, and deep performance analytics to fine-tune keyword targeting, budget distribution, and campaign effectiveness. A strong foundation in incrementality testing, media efficiency, and cross-channel attribution will be essential to maximize the effectiveness of every marketing dollar spent during these high-velocity periods.

Beyond immediate event-driven and offsite search execution, this role will also define the long-term roadmap for scaling new-to-Amazon Fashion and Fitness brands post-launch. By analyzing event-driven success metrics and uncovering sustainable growth levers, this leader will establish scalable frameworks that help emerging brands build momentum beyond launch periods. Partnering closely with teams across Retail, Business Development, Creative and Tech, they will drive search innovation that fuels both short-term conversions and long-term brand equity.

The ideal candidate is a fast-thinking, data-driven marketer who thrives in high-pressure, performance-focused environments. They should possess a unique blend of analytical expertise and creative intuition, seamlessly balancing real-time performance optimizations with a deep understanding of consumer trends and shopping behavior. If you have a track record of delivering best-in-class search marketing performance during high-demand retail moments and are excited by the challenge of scaling impact, this is the role for you.
