Description
Are you motivated to improve the way millions of customers shop for everyday essentials on Amazon? Are you looking for a high-impact and high visibility role? Subscribe & Save (SnS) is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to drive SnS' brand-funded acquisition strategy.In this role, the Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to achieve VP goals around subscription acquisition, brand funding, and automation. The role requires a mix of tactical and strategic work. The PMM will work closely with product, program, and tech leaders within SnS' to drive success. Additionally, they will partner with machine learning scientists to develop a ML-model to optimize our brand-funded acquisition strategy and Retail partners to unlock additional brand dollars.
This role requires a PMM who is comfortable with both tactical and strategic work. You will be successful in this role if you have a track record of (1) High Ownership and driving projects to completion, (2) Creating scalable mechanisms & communication strategies, (3) Developing data-based insights and turning them into actionable strategy, and (4) The ability to work well with cross-functional partners.

Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
- Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels
- Bachelor's degree
Extended Qualifications
- Experience managing external partners to develop marketing programs- Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $98,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $179,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
