We help our partners leverage Amazon’s services to drive differentiated offerings and streamlined access for their customers.ABOUT ROLE
We are seeking a talented, motivated Product Marketing Manager to support Lifecycle Marketing, to build amazing programs that deliver high impact campaigns and best-in-class customer journeys driving great experiences for customers and great results. In this role, you are accountable for driving the overall strategy for a large organizational goal focused on adapting the central products for North and South America customers. You are able to define the program, set objectives, analyze data, drive improvements that are quantified with metrics, and influence and drive large initiatives across internal/external teams to improve the customer experience.
ABOUT YOU
The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong passion for data and analytics and leveraging this to develop marketing programs and strategies that are innovative and achieve business goals. You operate from a customer-first perspective to understand user journeys and identify opportunities to improve CX, collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive marketing campaigns, and exhibit a willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever is necessary. To be successful you’ll need to be a strong communicator who can earn trust with key stakeholders across multiple teams and locales. You should be comfortable with ambiguity and complex challenges, and are willing to work autonomously, handling multiple initiatives simultaneously and prioritizing accordingly to contribute to ambitious growth plans. If you are organized, analytical, and creative, with an interest to own your program strategy end to end, this is a great role for you.
Key job responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies that drive awareness, adoption, and growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging, positioning, and marketing initiatives that make Amazon an attractive place for partners to grow their business.
- Generate deep insights about customers that increases their conversion from the marketing journeys across communications and CXs
- Ownership of outbound channels and marketing programs via these, including conceptualizing, building, executing and analyzing engagement programs, making continuous improvements based on performance, trends, and insights via tests and optimization
- Liaise with product and regional marketing team members to benchmark, leverage best practices and testing plans
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and collaboration skills and present high-quality documents to leadership
- Stellar problem solving and issue resolution skills with the ability to work effectively across stakeholders while maintaining quality and attention to detail
Qualifications
- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches
- Tenacity and sense of urgency; the ability to make things happen quickly with large, less nimble partners and/or teams
Extended Qualifications
- Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis- Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting
- Experience in video content (film and television) a plus
- Fluency in Spanish, French or other languages a plus
- Knowledge of Amazon processes, organizational behaviors, and tools a plus

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $128,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
