Description
Help global businesses discover and realize the benefits of selling on Amazon through best-in-class educational content and product strategy. At Seller University, we educate small, medium, and large businesses from around the world as they begin their journey to sell on Amazon. As the Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the global, end-to-end placement of education products that empower sellers to take control of their growth by guiding them to adopt tools and best practices based on their journey. You will partner closely with product teams to bring innovative new features to market as well as drive adoption for existing education products, developing a strategy that is based on the needs of the audience and bringing together a cross-functional team to execute that strategy.You will demonstrate a mastery of consumer insights and creativity to develop strategy, bring together cross-functional stakeholders to execute plans, and will confidently align senior product leadership around those plans. You will understand market trends, the competitive landscape, and have experience leveraging those to positively drive consumer sentiment and adoption of features both in the short and long term.
Key job responsibilities
- Support the development of go-to-market strategy for new and existing product features for Seller University, working closely with research to align the strategy to customer needs and insights
- Own the relationship with Onboarding product teams to drive the integration of education
- Work alongside the Sr. PMM to align cross-functional stakeholders (including Product, Engineering and Creative) to deliver product-marketing launches
- Embed yourself on the product team to develop and influence the product roadmap based on highest customer needs and insights
- Define business metrics, measurement plan, and testing plan for product and programmatic launches
- Manage internal partners to ensure quality, on-budget, on-time delivery of marketing programs and assets across multiple channels

Amazon Seller University's mission is to educate global sellers with high-quality, multi-modality content covering tools, features, and programs, to empower and equip them to run a successful business. We are a team of product, learning design, program, analytics, and tech professionals who work collaboratively to innovate for and educate sellers.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
- Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels
Extended Qualifications
- Experience managing external partners to develop marketing programs- Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $98,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $179,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
