Description

Amazon Selling Partner Developer Services (DS&S) is seeking a results-driven and strategic Product Marketing Manager (PMM). As a PMM for DS&S you will have an exciting opportunity to deliver on our strategy to accelerate developer success and Amazon selling partner growth by driving awareness, adoption, and ongoing engagement with our programmatic solutions and partner community inside and outside of Amazon.

You will partner closely with Field, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure our developer customers can drive accelerated growth and efficiency to meet the requirements of Amazon Selling Partners. You will create marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including web, email, and onsite channels, to drive enablement, success, and funnel optimizations to support our developer customers.

A successful candidate will be adept at combining a variety of technologies and capabilities into high quality marketing campaigns targeting our developer customers. This role requires excellent written and oral communication skills, data-driven analyses and insights, strong interpersonal skills, deep curiosity about how things work, and a passion for building excellent product value propositions and communication plans.

Key job responsibilities

* Lead email marketing messaging strategy and optimization to existing and new campaigns. Utilizing marketing savvy to develop and execute an effective marketing campaigns, tailored for segmented customer groups.

* Leverage deep analytical experience, research and insights to clearly identify untapped audiences, new segment opportunities, pain points and gaps in the customer experience.

* Regularly review metrics and proactively seek out new and improved data/mechanisms for visibility, ensuring your program stays aligned with organization objectives.

* Collaborate with cross-functional business and tech teams to design, develop, deploy iterative improvements to the lifecycle messaging systems.

* Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, make tradeoffs, and balance business needs versus constraints

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

* Bachelor’s degree required

* 5+ years of relevant experience in marketing preferably in eCommerce or B2B industries

* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; strong writing and speaking skills

* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects - prioritization, planning and time management

* Proven experience managing large amounts of data, including customer segments and online campaign metrics

* Ability to manage multi-faceted marketing programs and independently drive projects through to completion

* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail



Qualifications

- 5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience



Extended Qualifications

- Knowledge of analytical reporting tools (ie Excel, Tableau)

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $98,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $179,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
