Here is your opportunity: Amazon is looking for a customer-focused, detail-oriented, experienced project/program manager to lead tech integration within Rural Last Mile Delivery.

In this role, you will drive the effective integration of tech products into the Delivery Station network, owning user acceptance testing, launch, adoption and performance monitoring of key products. The role will also be the interface across technology, product development, and operations partners responsible for scoping and defining the requirements and determining the implementation plan to meet our customers’ needs while satisfying performance, network stability and budget goals.

Key job responsibilities

· Have end-to-end ownership of various products and related programs.

· Develop key KPIs to measure success of product/programs and own periodic status reporting to monitor performance of product/program goals.

· Work closely with Ops teams to influence global product roadmaps during OP1/OP2 to ensure rural delivery is represented during product roadmap design.

· Collaborate with product teams to define detailed test requirements and specifications, and validate various scenarios.

· Develop and oversee product launch plan by working closely with Product and Business teams. Implement post-launch product performance metrics. Drive adoption and expansion of the tech solutions.

· Own the resolution of day-to-day technical issues with sound product and process knowledge; identify innovative solutions for issue resolution.

· Support business/Ops teams to build business cases for problems/new-requirements and work with Product teams to prioritize them for implementation within Rural Delivery Network

· Innovate on behalf of all Amazon customers (Carriers, Drivers and Internal Operators).



Qualifications

- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent

- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

- Experience with end to end product delivery

- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

- Experience as a product manager or owner

- Experience owning technology products



Extended Qualifications

- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights

- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
