Description

Do you enjoy breaking down complex business challenges and delivering innovative solutions for unique customer segments? The AMXL Product Strategy team is looking for a Product Manager to develop and execute product strategies that drive growth across key customer segments in the Heavy Bulky business, starting with the Premium experience. In this role, you will partner across AMXL category teams, delivery experience teams, and analytics partners to define and deliver solutions that elevate the customer experience for high-value segments, from discovery through post-purchase. You will use customer insights and segmentation data to identify growth opportunities, inform segment prioritization, and shape differentiated experiences that scale across the Heavy Bulky portfolio.

Key job responsibilities

• Define product strategy and roadmap for Premium Heavy Bulky customer experience improvements, with flexibility to expand into adjacent customer segments as the business evolves

• Identify and size growth opportunities across customer segments through customer research, data analysis, and competitive benchmarking, with near-term emphasis on Premium

• Partner with cross-functional teams (category, delivery experience, marketing, analytics) to develop and implement customer-focused solutions

• Create PRFAQs and strategy documents that articulate product vision, customer value proposition, and business impact

• Define and track business metrics, including revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and adoption KPIs across owned customer segments

• Drive stakeholder alignment across category, operations, and CX teams to ensure cohesive experience delivery

• Conduct customer segmentation analysis to inform segment definitions, prioritization, and feature differentiation strategies

• Partner with Data Science and Analytics to build insights that inform growth strategy and measure initiative effectiveness across segments

• Up to 10% travel required

A day in the life

• Review key metrics and customer feedback for Premium Heavy Bulky offerings and adjacent segments, identifying trends in customer behavior and prioritizing feature enhancements that drive adoption and satisfaction

• Lead a working session with category and delivery experience partners to align on upcoming experience improvements, discussing customer pain points and evaluating potential solutions

• Analyze customer segmentation data with your analytics partners to refine segment definitions and identify underserved customer cohorts with high growth potential

• Participate in weekly product review meetings with leadership, presenting progress on growth initiatives and gathering feedback on proposed roadmap priorities

• Collaborate with your fellow Product Managers on the AMXL Product Strategy team to identify synergies across other growth workstreams, brainstorming solutions that benefit multiple product lines



Qualifications

- 3+ years of product management experience

- Experience managing technical products or online services

- Experience in product, program, or project management in leading cross-functional teams in delivery of major new products or services

- Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects on tight deadlines

- Experience performing financial or other quantitative analyses

- Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (i.e. SQL, MSAccess, Tableau, Essbase or Cognos)

- Experience in balancing conflicting priorities dealing with ambiguity

- Experience developing operational processes and technologies

- Bachelor's degree



Extended Qualifications

- 5+ years of product management experience

- Knowledge of SQL and VBA at an advanced level

- Experience building and analyzing cost/benefit scenarios and business cases and communicating results throughout the organization

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
