The Fire TV Demand Gen team is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own demand generation, strategy, and category management in the Canada and Mexico marketplaces for our Streaming Media Players business. You will be the business owner for a suite of highly strategic Fire TV sales programs; work with a cross-functional team including product development, demand planning, in-stock, offline retail, finance, and merchandising to develop and execute a multi-year strategy to continue growing the Fire TV business. This is a high visibility role with frequent opportunities to interact with and present to leadership. In this role, you will have an opportunity to help customers discover our latest devices, develop channel-specific sales strategies, and test/implement new demand generation levers that deliver device sales and enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.We are seeking someone who is creative, highly analytical, customer-obsessed, and excels at earning trust with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a passion for driving product sales in innovative categories, take ownership of the business, and be comfortable driving a mix of both strategy through to the brass tacks of execution.
Key job responsibilities
The CA/MX Streaming Media Player (SMP) sales lead role is responsible for establishing the sales plan, demand generation strategies, and then overseeing all of the category inputs are required to hit/exceed the plan. They lead a broad and cross-functional set of stakeholders across Amazon Devices.
Additionally, this role will be responsible for leading process improvement projects for the Fire TV Sales and Marketing team. You will have the opportunity to work with a number of cross-category teams to redesign and create new workflows, as well as contribute to PRFAQs and Business Review Documents (BRDs) to help improve efficiency across the Amazon Devices organization.
Key inputs that role will own are:
- Business Strategy and Planning: Building annual and long range end-to-end strategic plans, working with demand planning, finance, channel owners, and other teams like Prime and Prime Video.
- Inventory and Supply: Working closely with demand planning to oversee planning, forecasting, allocation, build meetings recommendations.
- Drive demand generation: includes running and developing new initiatives and programs for selling Fire TV units on Amazon and in offline partners
- Define and deliver a best-in-class marketing strategy, write business requirements and partner with the merchandising organization on implementation
- Roadmap: Working with the GTM lead for SMPs to inform the hardware roadmap based upon customer insights, data trends, category trends.
- Business Reviews / Category Performance: Owning the WBRs/QBRs/Annual Sales Plans up to VP/SVP.
- Conduct business and financial analysis, be fluent in speaking to and analyzing P&L drivers, including forecasting, monitoring, and reporting

Qualifications
- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
Extended Qualifications
- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
