The Sr. Product Manager (Technical) - Prime Family is a high impact role that will shape how millions of Prime members, and their families experience Amazon. This role has visibility and partnership with VP-level leaders across multiple organizations to define the business strategy and technical architecture for Prime benefit sharing worldwide. With direct impact on Prime members and their households, you will lead the development of Prime benefit sharing through Amazon Family, creating scalable solutions that enable secure benefit sharing while maintaining personalized experiences.
Key job responsibilities
In this role, you will:
• Drive strategic initiatives that directly impact Prime member households worldwide, working closely with VP-level stakeholders across Amazon
• Lead cross-functional teams spanning Prime, Identity, Prime Video, and Personalization to build transformational sharing capabilities
• Shape the future of how families engage with Amazon by defining both customer experience and technical architecture
• Present strategies and results directly to senior leadership, including regular reviews with Prime VP
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships across Amazon's most critical business units
• Design scalable technical solutions that enhance the experience for both Prime members and their family members
• Drive program growth that impacts tens of millions of customers and their households globally.
The right candidate brings both product vision and technical depth, with the ability to influence and collaborate at the highest levels of the organization. You have experience leading complex, customer-focused initiatives that require sophisticated technical solutions and cross-organizational alignment. You are passionate about creating experiences that delight families while maintaining the technical excellence required to serve Amazon's scale.
About the team
The Worldwide Prime Benefits, Pricing & Constructs (BPC) team works with benefit partners to create and communicate the value of the Earth’s most engaging, satisfying, and loved membership program, and defines a business model that maximizes long term free cashflow for Amazon, thus delivering profitable growth by improving the Amazon experience. We invent and build experiences that enhance the capabilities of Prime benefits, by for example enabling sharing of benefits with family members and household coordination.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
Extended Qualifications
- Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
- MBA
- Experience leading and defining requirements and driving these across diverse organizations

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
