- Develop and execute retention strategy: by analyzing customer data to identify key drivers of engagement and churn, translating findings into actionable product and marketing initiatives
- Lead cross-functional collaboration: by aligning product, engineering, design, and marketing teams around shared retention goals and ensuring accountability through clear metrics and regular progress reviews
- Establish measurement frameworks: that define success metrics, track performance against targets, and enable continuous learning and optimization across retention initiatives
- Conduct deep-dive analysis: into customer segments, behaviors, and pain points to uncover insights that inform product decisions and shape the customer experience
- Present strategic recommendations: to leadership and stakeholders, communicating data-driven insights and business impact in clear, compelling ways
A day in the life
As a Senior Product Manager for Fire TV, you'll spend your time uncovering the stories hidden in customer data—analyzing viewing patterns, engagement metrics, and user behavior to identify opportunities that matter most. You'll collaborate with product, engineering, design, and marketing teams to translate these insights into strategic initiatives that enhance retention and satisfaction. Your day might include presenting data-driven recommendations to leadership, facilitating cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders around shared goals, or diving deep into customer feedback to understand what's driving satisfaction. You'll establish metrics and accountability mechanisms that help teams stay focused on continuous improvement, all while balancing the tension between creating exceptional customer experiences and achieving business outcomes

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, computer science, data science, engineering, or other related field- 7+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience in a corporate strategy, consulting or analytics role or a strategic function such as managing a P&L, customer satisfaction/loyalty, churn/retention improvement, revenue targets

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
