The Echo Sales and Marketing team is seeking a customer-obsessed, analytical, and strategic Product Manager to lead sales and marketing for a subset of Echo products. Key job responsibilities

As a Product Manager, you will be the primary contact for a subset of Echo products and work with a cross-functional team including product development, demand planning, in-stock, finance, retailers, merchandising, and advertising to develop and execute a multi-year plan to grow the Echo business. You will own marketing funnel optimization across channels, promotion planning and execution, inventory management, sales and engagement analytics, and regular leadership presentations. You will develop the playbook for how Alexa powered devices land in the hands of customers. You’ll identify new market opportunities and creative ways to showcase AI value. This is a highly visible position that will interact at multiple levels of the company, and has frequent opportunities to present to senior leadership.

A day in the life

You will operate both strategically and tactically from creation of plans to executional excellence. You can demonstrate think big to drive new opportunities and evaluate tradeoffs, dive deep into data to uncover customer insights, and collaborate cross-functionally across Amazon. You will prioritize effectively in a fast-changing environment, invent and simplify, and communicate clearly and persuasively. You will navigate ambiguity and can adjust a forecast or strategy when the tech evolves quick. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Echo products, take strong ownership of the business, and be comfortable turning complex data sets into clear, executive-ready narratives that influence our roadmap and investment.



Qualifications

- 3+ years of product management experience

- Experience managing technical products or online services

- Experience in product, program, or project management in leading cross-functional teams in delivery of major new products or services

- Experience in balancing conflicting priorities dealing with ambiguity



Extended Qualifications

- Experience building and analyzing cost/benefit scenarios and business cases and communicating results throughout the organization

- Experience communicating clearly and concisely with leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams

- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

- Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities

- Experience owning the operation of a mission-critical team or product

- Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
