Description

Do you want to be part of an innovative and rapidly growing business? Are you looking for a role with ownership and the ability to work across global teams supporting high-visibility programs?

The AWS Global Customer References (GCRP) Team is responsible for telling the story of how cloud technology is transforming the world—from the largest enterprises to the hottest startups. The team raises the bar on customer references by offering mechanisms and guidance to support the development and amplification of customer stories.

Our team is seeking a Sr. Product Manager to own the central customer references repository tool for AWS Sales and Marketing and work across all of our reference tools and processes. You will be responsible for roadmap development, product requirements management, vendor management, stakeholder and customer engagement, leadership reviews, user testing, and launch strategy and execution. You will partner with engineering, legal, finance, marketing, sales, and other application owners across the sales and marketing organization. You will define the product’s 2–3-year vision and strategy, including the delivery of automation, integrations, and intelligent recommendations to drive a more efficient and effective customer reference discovery and management experience.

This role must use data to measure engagement and determine tool evolution and integration across AWS. They must think big and anticipate long-term customer needs and product vision, while establishing voice of the customer mechanisms to address pain points.

Beyond a proven track record of product/program management, a successful candidate will have experience driving strategy and influencing executive leadership. We are looking for someone that is a self-starter, someone that approaches complex business questions with data and curiosity, and a person that dives below the surface to identify the root cause and "so what" rather than just reacting to noise.

This role may sit in these locations only: Arlington, VA, USA | Seattle, WA, USA Relocation offered to these locations only from within the USA only.
