Description

Want to scale one of the biggest out of home media channels in the world? Amazon is transforming our packages into the biggest out of home media channel in the world, and we need a Sr. Product Manager build, optimize, and scale this channel worldwide. This role is inherently cross-functional: you will work closely with marketing, operations, finance, product-tech, and science teams to launch scaled, measured campaigns. A successful candidate is a strategic data-driven problem solver with exceptional communication skills, strong organizational capabilities, and a passion for delivering big business results.

In this role, you will lead packaging campaign execution end-to-end: from defining annual business goals, to designing robust hypothesis-based experiments, to spearheading the forecasts, budgets, and marketing mix that will deliver the strongest results. You collaborate closely with marketing, finance, product-tech, and science partners to deliver with operational excellence and drive efficiencies across Chariot’s process workflows.

This position requires a strong understanding of strategic & financial planning, operational management, and data analysis to identify trends and insights that will inform decision-making. You must thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and demonstrate the ability to think big while managing the details. This position plays a crucial role in growing our packages into Amazon’s biggest, most loved brand-building media channel in the world.

Key job responsibilities

• Lead annual goal setting, ensuring alignment with business objectives, scaling, and measuring an impact.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to execute projects from initiation to completion.

• Develop and launch hypothesis-based experiments in partnership with marketing and science.

• Manage Chariot’s forecasts and marketing budgets, partnering with finance to develop, analyze, and present annual, quarterly, and monthly reports while identifying optimization opportunities.

• Analyze internal and external data to design strategies that drive growth, improve efficiency, and inform key business decisions.

• Drive the adoption of best practices across Amazon teams, sharing insights and mechanisms to improve processes and results.

Qualifications

- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent

- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

- Experience with end to end product delivery

- Experience as a product manager or owner

- Experience owning technology products



Extended Qualifications

- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights

- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
