Description

Do you enjoy breaking down complex business challenges and delivering innovative solutions for unique customer segments? The AMXL Product Strategy team is looking for an experienced leader with a strong record of developing customer-centric products. This role will work across Amazon Business teams, Heavy Bulky Category teams, and partner Tech orgs to deliver transformative solutions for disaster relief, returns management, and enterprise growth.

Key job responsibilities

- Own end-to-end product strategy and vision for crisis response delivery, returns transformation, and Amazon Business enterprise customer growth

- Form and lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement customer-focused solutions

- Identify opportunities to leverage existing capabilities for new customer segments and use cases

- Create comprehensive PRFAQs and strategy documents that clearly articulate product vision and business impact

- Define and own business metrics and customer experience improvements

- Drive stakeholder alignment across multiple organizations and external partners

- Partner on technical product vision across multiple teams for AB enterprise customer strategy

- Architect integration strategy across AB DEX, Account Reps, AMXL Services, Category, and AB Services team

- Up to 10% travel required

A day in the life

A Day in the Life of an AMXL Senior Product Manager will include:

- Review key metrics and customer feedback for the disaster relief product platform, identifying areas for improvement and prioritizing feature enhancements

- Lead a cross-functional meeting with Amazon Business stakeholders to align on the enterprise customer growth strategy, discussing integration plans and addressing technical challenges

- Analyze returns data and conduct a working session with the WWRR tech team to refine the Direct to Disposition product suite, focusing on cost optimization and customer experience improvements

- Drive a weekly product review meeting with senior leadership, presenting progress on key initiatives across disaster relief, returns, and AB enterprise workstreams

- Collaborate with your fellow Sr. Product Managers in the AMXL Product Strategy team to identify synergies between your focus areas, brainstorming innovative solutions that could benefit multiple product lines



Qualifications

- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, computer science, data science, engineering, or other related field

- Experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology

- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

- Experience with end to end product delivery

- Experience owning feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders

- Knowledge of key customer experience metrics and methodology (e.g., NPS)

- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights



Extended Qualifications

- Master's degree or equivalent

- 7+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience

- Experience owning technology products

- Experience in delivering end-to-end customer research studies, including study design, fieldwork (qualitative research moderation and survey execution), analysis, recommendations, reporting and presentation of results to senior leadership

- Experience in areas such as market research, statistics, finance or qualitative/quantitative research

- Experience in using statistical analysis to identify issues or opportunities for improvement

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
