Description
We're seeking an exceptional strategic leader to drive business transformation and operational excellence for Amazon's North American Seller organization. This role combines strategic thinking with operational execution, serving as the voice of the Seller and customer to affect change across the tech stack and operational processes which support Post-Sale Customer Interactions (customer service, customer returns, etc.).As Principal Product Manager, you'll architect and execute strategic initiatives that drive customer experience improvements, seller success, and business growth for Merchant Fulfillment Network (MFN Sellers). You'll work directly with senior leadership to translate vision into actionable plans while ensuring operational excellence across the organization.

• Develop and manage critical business mechanisms including quarterly business reviews, annual operating plans, and long-term strategic roadmaps

• Own high-visibility presentations and communications to senior leadership
• Drive data-informed decision making through analytics and insights
• Design and implement operational frameworks that enable scalable growth
• Lead strategic programs around seller engagement, retention, and satisfaction
Qualifications
- 10+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience- 10+ years of blending product and program management skills to execute strategic initiatives about process creation, standardization, and improvement experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience as a product manager or owner

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $145,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $240,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
