We support Amazon’s rapidly growing B2B business (Amazon Business) across North America, Europe and Asia with our flagship products including invoice, line of credit and a small business co-brand credit card.Invoicing is a table-stakes feature for Amazon Business (AB). To improve the experience for our customers and enable them to grow their AB spend, the B2B Invoicing team is focusing on holistically identifying and eliminating defects in the end-to-end invoicing customer experience, beginning with invoice generation and delivery, through customer invoice management, to payment and the post-purchase experience. This role will own the charter for this key strategic initiative.
Key job responsibilities
We are looking for a strong Principal Product Manager to join our product team to focus on the invoicing experience for business customers globally. You will be the single-threaded leader within the team for CX defect reduction. You will develop mechanisms to identify, track, and manage root-cause resolution of defects, influencing stakeholders across multiple organizations for both technical and non-technical solves. You will own leadership reporting to the senior leadership level. You will be familiar with the Amazon Working Backwards product development approach, and launching products to the public domain. Ideally you will have experience working with diverse and international B2B customer segments, as well as understanding of the B2B procure-to-pay cycle. This role requires a high level of judgment and influence, working cross-functionally with technical, financial, and customer facing leaders (including Tax, CS, Accounts Receivable, User Experience Design, software engineering, finance, marketing, risk, and data science).
Day to Day Activities
- Develop product and solution requirements, working backwards from the customer with an understanding of the end-to-end customer experience
- Own delivery against high visibility, company-wide goals
- Partner closely with partner organizations to develop and scale solutions
- Drive cross-functional alignment with senior leaders across Payments, Amazon Business, CS, Finance, Tax, Accounting, and Sales
- Create and present zero-to-one business ideas within the B2B Invoicing domain
- Provide thought leadership across multiple Invoicing domains and workstreams to build scalable products

Qualifications
- 10+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience- 10+ years of blending product and program management skills to execute strategic initiatives about process creation, standardization, and improvement experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience as a product manager or owner

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $145,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $240,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
