Description
The AWS Professional Services (ProServe) organization is a global team of experts that helps customers realize their desired business outcomes when using the AWS Cloud. At ProServe, we are creating a team of customer obsessed builders that will design, program-manage, co-create and maintain products for ProServe sellers, delivery teams and external customers. This team, ProServe Contract Modernization, is part of the ProServe Strategy and Operations organization.This team will own products end-to-end, starting by diving deep on customer facing and customer impacting processes and designing solutions. The products built will directly support ProServe’s mission by delivering quantifiable results that align to specific business goals and outcomes. Individuals joining this team will have the ability to learn new skill sets, and be on the cutting-edge of technology by supporting the development of new Generative AI products.
To be successful in this role you will need to have a Bias for Action, the ability to Dive Deep, the desire to Invent and Simplify, the drive to Deliver Results and the capacity to Earn Trust with business partners.
Key job responsibilities
This role will require the individual to use a variety of skillsets including product design, process design, process improvement, design thinking, program management, product management, product ownership, product support and operational support. The individual will also need to provide ongoing user support for any products developed and look for ways to continuously improve solutions to meet internal and external customer needs.

AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with a broad set of stakeholders.- Experience working with technical, business and analytics teams.
- Versatile communication skills to both lead discussions with technical teams and distill complex concepts to a broad non-technical audience.
- Proven Program Management experience.
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.
Extended Qualifications
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.- Experience managing technical products.
- Experience in building and innovating processes.
- Experience leveraging Design Thinking methods for development.
- Lean or Six Sigma certified.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certified.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $79,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $169,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
