Description

In Amazon Fashion and Fitness, our team's mission is to help customers discover and make purchase decisions for items they love. We are looking for a customer obsessed Senior Product Manager - Technical to build our next-generation Trend recommendation systems and create innovative new shopping experiences.

The ideal candidate has the ability to create and execute a vision, building programs and features from the ground up. You must be able to partner and influence across functions, navigate complexity and ambiguity, be an exceptionally structured critical thinker that dives deep and has a strong history of building and managing critical features at speed to deliver results. You will establish and drive strategic new customer experiences and growth within our business. You will be customer focused, entrepreneurial, a proven self-starter, and have the demonstrated ability to invent and deliver.

In this role, you will -

• Set a product vision, define the requirements, lead prioritization and roadmap definition to deliver new features, and partner with science, engineering, and stakeholder teams to execute.

• Collaborate and prioritize key development efforts and timelines to ensure short and long-term goals are met.

• Be directly responsible for a set of critical KPIs and the levers to influence them.

• Ensure change management, global standardization, application optimization, scalability, and agility are components of feature design and development.

• Work closely with leaders more broadly across the Fashion and Fitness organization and Amazon more broadly.



Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree

- 5+ years of end to end product delivery experience

- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product

- Experience managing technical products or online services

- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning



Extended Qualifications

- Experience using analytical tools, such as Tableau or QuickSight

- Experience building and driving adoption of new products

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
