Description

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager - Technical (PMT) to play a critical role in shaping how Amazon's partner account infrastructure evolves to meet the needs of a rapidly expanding, multi-program partner experience.

Partner Account is the foundational identity, data model, and authorization layer that every Amazon partner-facing service (sellers, vendors, shippers, etc.) depends on. As Amazon's partner programs have grown — Selling, Vending, Advertising, Supply Chain, Brand Registry, and more — so has the complexity of ensuring that the account model serves each program's unique requirements while delivering a consistent, unified, and globally interoperable partner experience. This role sits at the center of that challenge.

The Senior PMT will focus on enhancing the Partner Account offering and ensuring tools and systems are transitioning from legacy assumptions to Partner Account based experiences seamelessly. This means simplifying the Partner Account's experience to transition decades of fragmented, program-specific constructs with a coherent account foundation that works for every program and every partner persona. This role will also help transition the retail vendor experience by simplifying the vendor code use case to drive step function improvements in the procure-to-pay cycle with reduced systemic defects that are originated from fragmented account and proliferated vendor code use cases.

Key job responsibilities

The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders across business programs, domain teams, and infrastructure teams to ensure that builders have proper guidance to deliver their experiences against the Partner Account, and that the account model itself is sufficiently flexible and well-structured to meet the diverse needs of Amazon's partner.

About the team

The Fundamentum organization provides the foundational account and access management primitives that enable millions of Amazon partners to adopt 21+ partner offerings (e.g., Sell on Amazon, Supply Chain by Amazon), operate seamlessly across these offerings globally, and manage their accounts and permissions securely and efficiently. These primitives power the experience for millions of selling partners, advertisers, publishers, and Buy with Prime merchants — representing over half of Amazon's revenue — enabling them to navigate a cohesive, cross-program experience with significantly reduced complexity. Builders across Amazon accelerate time to market by leveraging Fundamentum's shared infrastructure, eliminating years of duplicative engineering effort and redirecting capacity toward differentiated value creation.
