Description
The Amazon Customer Service (CS) Worldwide Defect Elimination (WWDE) organization drives Amazon by providing excellent customer experiences by remediating issues in real-time, reducing defective products and purchasing experiences, and enabling others through our suite of voice of the customer tools. We build strategic technology and services used by multiple Amazon groups that allow us to rapidly remediate customer issues in real-time and post contact identify defects to resolve the issues across Amazon. To expand and innovate on this vision, WWDE is seeking a passionate, customer obsessed, Sr. Product Manager - Technical (PMT).Key job responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end requirements gathering and documentation process.
- Prioritize feature development based on business impact and technical feasibility
- Own and drive key product metrics and KPIs
- Partner cross-functionally with WWDE program managers, business teams, and data/research science teams
- Identify and implement product improvements through data-driven analysis
- Make strategic product decisions backed by quantitative and qualitative data
- Collaborate in an agile environment with engineering teams, scientists, and business intelligence analysts
- Launch and oversee new features and experiences
- Monitor project execution and timeline adherence
- Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders
- Ensure product quality and performance standards are met
- Own complete product portfolio and associated business outcomes

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 3+ years of end to end product delivery experience
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience owning feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
Extended Qualifications
- Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative/technical field such as computer science, engineering, statistics
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
