Description
Amazon's Supply Chain Optimization Technologies (SCOT) shapes how the world's most complex logistics network operates. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager-Technical (PM-T) to drive our next phase of innovation in capacity management.Our mission centers on orchestrating Amazon's global supply chain capacity. We integrate planning and execution systems across all network segments - from inbound operations to storage, transfers, and outbound delivery. This role sits at the intersection of these critical functions, unifying them through centralized capacity management.
You will lead the transformation of our capacity planning systems. This involves creating closed-loop workflows that harmonize execution systems with capacity targets, backed by advanced optimization algorithms. Your work will directly impact how millions of packages flow through Amazon's network each day.
The ideal candidate brings proven experience in cross-functional leadership, particularly in collaborating with Science, Engineering, and Analytics teams. You should demonstrate strong analytical capabilities and a track record of simplifying complex processes. Success in this role requires both technical depth and the ability to drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
Extended Qualifications
- Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
