We're using generative and agentic AI to automate customers' financial processes and to make payments seamless.

Pay by Invoice (PBI) allows Amazon Business customers to pay via net terms in eleven marketplaces across the globe. We're looking for an innovative, driven, technical product manager to lead our efforts to build agentic solutions for invoice payments, eliminating customer friction and making it easier for our customers to benefit from Amazon's great selection and fast delivery.

Key job responsibilities

- Develop product and solution requirements, working backwards from the customer with an understanding of the end-to-end customer experience for agentic AI and global expansion

- Own delivery against high-visibility, company-wide goals

- Partner closely with the engineering organization on developing and scaling the architecture to support business goals

- Drive cross-functional alignment with senior leaders across Payments, Amazon Business, Tax, Accounting, and Sales

- Create and present zero-to-one business ideas within the fintech space

- Provide thought leadership to identify new ways to benefit customers and build scalable products

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree

- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product

- Experience managing technical products or online services

- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning



Extended Qualifications

- Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight

- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
