Description

We are looking for a Product Manager - Tech to help design, build, and develop Regionalization features that improve customer experience and reduce Amazon's Cost to Serve. This leader will solve complex problems in one of the fastest growing segments of the Retail business, Softlines (Clothing, Shoes, Jewelry, Watches, Accessories, Sports and Outdoors). A successful candidate will be analytical, comfortable with ambiguity and driving cross-org stakeholder alignment. This role requires an individual who strives to answer operational questions and who works across functional boundaries. You will transform data into actionable insights and enjoy taking a data-driven approach to solving complex business problems.

Key job responsibilities

Key job responsibilities:

• Drive Regionalization roadmap with cross-functional and stakeholder teams such as P13N, Search, DEX, and Sponsored Products

• Manage weekly and monthly business reporting and create relevant measurement dashboards

• Work with various stakeholders to understand business drivers, goals, and actionable outcomes using analytics

• Analyze weblab results to drive timely launch decisions



Qualifications

- Experience bridging technical and business teams to collect and refine requirements, prioritize incoming work requests, and ensure all committed work is delivered on time

- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning

- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product

- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
