Description
• Help define the future of global grocery shopping online and create experiences customers didn't know they needed. You'll architect next-gen end to end grocery shopping experience across every Amazon surface, translating bold product instincts into measurable impact for millions of customers daily.• 100% focused and end-to-end technical accountability across direct and adjacent teams, you will work relentlessly to deliver our WW Grocery CX vision on time. You will lead from the front exercising technical decision rights, acting as point-guard, and eliminating blockers.
• This demands deep leadership and partnership across product, UX, engineering, science, and operations. Experience building products for global customers and adapting roadmaps with regional teams is essential.
• You are customer-obsessed leader demonstrating high-judgment across high-autonomy work, showing senior leaders across Stores, Devices, and AGI our path and progress to deliver the world's best online grocery CX.
Key job responsibilities
• You own WW grocery CX product vision and roadmaps for next-generation grocery shopping.
• You drive grocery shopping business outcomes that matter: customer engagement, conversion rates, and revenue growth at massive scale.
• The role requires orchestrating and driving partnerships with Stores, Alexa, and AGI teams to build cohesive experiences, balancing bold long-term bets with tactical wins that maximize business impact.
• You'll set (and reset) the bar for design, build and scaling quality, driving focused rapid experimentation to deliver shopping features that achieve our WW CX vision across every customer touchpoint in every country we operate in.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering, or a related field- 6+ years’ experience with global products serving diverse customer segments and geographies
- Experience driving technical roadmaps built on ML/AI/LLMs directly with Science and Engineering partners
- Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
Extended Qualifications
- Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
